Holding Pattern
My husband has decided to get into the rabbit-deterrent business. He bought a trap. See it here.
I haven't seen any of the furry little critters around, but I now know they eat pansies!
"Mom, I had a Mother's Day present for you."
"Had??"
"We bought pansies. They were nice. Until the rabbits ate them!"
"Oh. Well, it's the thought that counts."
I don't think that's the conversation my mom and I will actually have, because I'll probably go get some more.
Meanwhile, we're in a holding pattern. The bunnies are reevaluating their strategies.
