The Musical is Finished and Was a Success
We performed the all-school musical last night. It was a straightforward, biblical musical. No funny, corny lines (well, not much corn, anyway.) No fancy costumes or sets. It wasn't even very long.
But, it got great reviews. In fact, some parents said they'd like us to do it again (they were talking about right then, just after we had finished it!) while others said it was better than last year's (which was longer, fancier, funnier, etc.)
From what I could gather, they liked it mostly because it was very biblical with a clear message.
Keeping God's message simple and straightforward is important. Deliver the message and let God do the work.
