Camp Cooking, Here I Come!
I just made reservations for our first camping trip this summer. It's super close, so it's a short trip, but I can't wait to go.
Sitting outside, under the stars, (not too far from the portapotty,) we can enjoy some of the old-fashioned kind of fun: reading (of course!), living in a tent, watching nature, and camp cooking.
I have a set of cast iron cooking I use only for camping. Two reasons for that: I don't have enough cabinet space for it, and it makes me feel like a pioneer when I use it outside.
I'm excited about camping. I feel like I NEED it so badly. I'm not sure why, but I need to get away. I can't seem to relax this summer. I also can't get into a routine and get things done that I so wanted to. I think I need a clean break - a camping trip.
