Last Weekend
I didn't post a Saturday book recommendation, because we went to Green Bay, to our new church. DH has been living up there for a couple of weeks, so it was nice to see him again.
What was really nice was the reception we got. I don't mean the actual reception after his installation on Sunday. I mean how people have treated us. I am impressed by the lay leadership at the church and the genuine niceness (horrible word - where's my thesaurus!)
It really lifted me up, to worship with them, to see their generosity. I felt inspired when we left.
As much as I don't look forward to packing, cleaning, and selling our house, I do look forward to living in our new community and worshiping with so many cool people in such an awesome facility!
