Living a Faith-Filled Life

In the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, we celebrate Lutheran Schools this entire week.  At our school we are doing many things to make this week extra-special:

1. Spirit Day - Dress in school colors
2. Have the Zoomobile come and do a presentation.
3. Pajama Day
4. Show a movie for all the students. (on pajama day - I wonder how many will fall asleep!)
5. VIP day - invite those very important people in our lives to spend part of a school day with us.
6. Dress up day
7. Donuts for everyone!
8. Bring food donations for the local food shelf.
9. Penny Wars - A competition to raise money for a mission project.
10. Chapel
11. Church services on the weekends that focus on Lutheran education.
12. Rainbow Day - my class is green this year (go Green Bay!)
13. Summer Day
14. Bowling - the whole school takes over a local bowling alley.
15. Scholastic Book Fair - my favorite part!! (I'm in charge of it and love, love, love it.)
16. Tests and lots of homework - Hey! We have to celebrate everything, don't we??
